Where do I find the replay of a live session I recorded?

Watch a recorded live session

Go to your Dashboard at /dashboard and scroll to 'Recent live sessions' — it lists every session you've hosted, recorded or not.
A session with a finished recording shows a thumbnail and a 'Watch' button; one still processing or without a recording shows only 'Copy invite'.
Click 'Watch' to open the replay at /collab-replay.
Use the play button, the scrubber bar, or the 10-second back/forward buttons to move through the recording.
Click the Share icon to copy a replay link you can send to anyone — they don't need an account to watch it.
Click Export to download the replay as an MP4 file.

If a replay says 'No replay data for this session yet — the recording may still be processing', wait a few minutes and refresh.
A recording that was deleted or expired shows 'Replay unavailable' instead of the board.

Keep, extend, or delete a recorded session

Open your Dashboard at /dashboard and find the session under 'Recent live sessions'.
Every recording is kept for 7 days by default, on both Free and Pro.
To keep it longer, click the clock ('Extend') icon on the card and confirm — this adds 7 more days, up to 4 times per recording (35 days total).
To remove it for good, click the trash ('Delete') icon and confirm. This deletes the audio file from storage — anyone with the replay link then sees 'Recording deleted', and it cannot be undone.
Pro accounts can keep only 3 finished recordings at once — delete an older one before starting a new recorded session if you hit that cap.

A card marked 'Deleted' means the file is gone — you can't extend or watch it anymore.
