Can I install Tactico as an app on my phone?

Install Tactico on your phone

1. Open Tactico in your phone's browser and sign in.
2. On Android, after a short delay a banner appears at the bottom: Add Tactico to Home Screen. Tap it, then confirm the install prompt that pops up.
3. On iPhone (Safari), tapping the same banner opens a two-step guide: tap the Share icon in Safari's toolbar, then scroll and tap Add to Home Screen, then Add.
4. Once installed, Tactico opens full-screen from your home screen like a regular app, with no browser address bar.

Tips

• If you dismiss the banner, it reappears about a week later rather than disappearing forever.
• On iPhone, this only works in Safari itself - Chrome or Firefox on iOS cannot install it, so the banner will not appear there.

Does Tactico work well on a phone?

Using Tactico on a phone

1. Tactico works on phone, tablet and desktop. The tactical board has the most room for precise drag-and-drop planning on a tablet or laptop.
2. On a phone, you can browse formations, view tactics shared with you, and manage your roster comfortably.
3. The tactical board itself is usable on a phone but works best on a larger screen - for serious drill-building, use a tablet or laptop when you can.
4. A dedicated iOS and Android app is in development for a fuller phone experience.
