How do I turn off marketing or tip emails from Tactico?
Control which emails you receive
- Go to your Profile page and scroll to Email Preferences.
- You will see three toggles: Coaching tips & tricks, Product updates & new features, and Marketing & promotions.
- Click a toggle to turn that category on or off. Changes save automatically - no separate Save button.
- You can also click the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email to turn off that category instantly.
Tips
- Transactional emails - password resets, payment receipts, subscription notices - are not affected by these toggles.
How do I delete my Tactico account?
Delete your account and data
- Tactico does not have a self-serve Delete Account button in the app.
- Go to /contact or email [email protected] and ask to have your account and data deleted.
- Deletion can take up to 30 days to process, and some information may be kept for legal or tax reasons even after that.
Tips
- If you only want to stop being charged, cancelling your subscription is enough - see 'Manage or cancel your subscription'. Deleting your account removes your data as well.
